Classic salad dressings are made with a ratio of 3:1, oil to vinegar, but I like mine with a bit more acid.
Start with this and then alter it to your own palate. I also always make enough to have leftovers for later use.
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup sesame oil
- ¼ cup toasted sesame oil
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp brown rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp ginger, minced
- 1 Tbsp scallion, minced
- 1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
- sea salt
- black pepper
Preparation:
Add all ingredients into bowl and whisk together until combined.
