Coconut Cashew Delight

There is nothing that satisfies quick nutrition like a smoothie. There are endless combinations that can be tailor fit to any part of one¹s training. The 15 mins post-exercise is your window of opportunity to replace your glycogen stores and get ready for your next session, but it can also be the time when you¹re not so keen on eating solid foods. This smoothie gets you recovered and satisfied at the same time.

 

In a blender combine:

  • 1 Medium sized Banana
  • 2 Tbs of Coconut Butter or the Meat from One fresh coconut
  • 1 Cup of fresh coconut water
  • 1 heaping Tbs of raw Cashew Butter
  • 2 tsp Bee Pollen
  • 1 Tbs raw honey
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbs Udo¹s 3*6*9 oil
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt or raw milk (optional)

Blend until smooth and serve.
